Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Processing Times

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the following business day. During peak periods around launches and holidays processing times may extend slightly. We will always communicate any delays directly to you.

Tracking

Once your order ships you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address please contact us at hello@silkandironco.com as soon as possible after placing your order. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been fulfilled and handed to the carrier.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit please reach out to us at hello@silkandironco.com and we will make it right. We stand behind every order.
